It has been a very great year and a half over at Golden Oak, and now there is going to be a price increase. The prices will increase an average of 2%, but some will increase as much as 5% on July 13, 2012 at 5:01 pm.
To get going towards your new home, there will be a contract to sign and a 10% deposit for reserving your new home site. But know that you will have thirty days after the effective date of the contract to change your mind for any reason and receive the deposit back.
