I feel so lucky to have met and had the opportunity to work with Vanessa Franz Barnes, a Licensed Realtor serving the Orlando/Kissimmee area in Florida. In May 2010, my parents found themselves in a very difficult financial situation which required them to sell their home through a lender approved Short Sale.
